Screw Ball Indicators are easily used with either smaller diameter tippets or large tapered leaders. Their screw on and off design makes it really easy to adjust depth without kinking your line. Screw Ball indicators cast easy and do not twist your leader. They are large enough to hold up larger flies. This is our #1 choice for a fixed indicator for fishing flies up to 9 feet under the surface.
The medium size is the most popular size and will hold up all of our flies except the size 4 Balanced Minnows.
